Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by IDPW

If a scheduled class or training term is cancelled by IDPW for any reason, a full refund or credit for future sessions will be provided.

Withdrawal

• Before Start Date: Full refund (minus a 5% administration fee) if you withdraw at least 7 days before the program starts.
• After Start Date: Training fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced, except in cases of certified medical injury that prevents participation.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method.

Personal Cancellation

Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the event by contacting our support team.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Returns

We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or wrong size selection. Please check sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
