Refund & cancellation policy
What happens to your money and your credits when plans change. These rules cover every session credit, event ticket, and piece of merchandise bought from IDPW.

Session credits
Training packages, bookings, and no-shows.
Cancelling a session
12-hour windowCancel a booked session at least 12 hours before it starts and the credit goes straight back to your account. Cancel inside 12 hours, or miss the session without cancelling, and the credit is forfeited.
If IDPW cancels
Credit returnedIf we cancel a scheduled session for any reason, your credit returns to your account automatically. If a full training program is cancelled, you get a full refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Case by caseIn special circumstances, such as a certified medical injury that stops you from training, IDPW may issue extra credits at its discretion. Every request is reviewed individually.
Event tickets
Live shows, from the moment you buy.
If an event is cancelled
Full refundIf we cancel an event, a full refund is issued automatically to your original payment method.
If you cannot make it
TransferableTickets are non-refundable, but you can pass one to someone else up to 24 hours before the event. Message the team and we'll move it over.
Merchandise
Anything you take home from the shop.
Defective items
3-day windowIf something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we'll arrange an exchange or a refund.
Change of mind or wrong size
No returnsWe do not accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Check the sizing chart carefully before you order.
