1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and purchasing our services (training, tickets, merchandise), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Physical Activity & Liability

Participation in IDPW training and events involves physical activity. By registering, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with contact sports. You agree to release Indonesia Pro Wrestling, its trainers, and staff from liability for any injuries sustained during training, provided that IDPW has exercised reasonable care. All trainees will be required to sign a separate physical waiver before their first session.

3. Code of Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or unsafe behavior. IDPW reserves the right to terminate the membership or attendance of anyone violating our code of conduct without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the IDPW logo, designs, text, and media, is the property of Indonesia Pro Wrestling. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.

5. Payment Terms

Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payments must be completed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bandung.
