The agreement between you and IDPW: what you take on when you train with us, buy a ticket to a show, or order merchandise. Written in plain language, because it is meant to be read.
Effective
Article 1. Accepting these terms
By using this site and buying what we sell, whether that is training, a ticket, or merchandise, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not complete the purchase.
Article 2. Physical risk and liability
Training and performing at IDPW is a contact sport. By registering you acknowledge the risks that come with it, and you release Indonesia Pro Wrestling, its coaches, and its staff from liability for injuries sustained during training, provided IDPW has exercised reasonable care.
Every trainee signs a separate physical waiver before their first session.
Article 3. Code of conduct
Harassment, bullying, and anything that puts another person at risk get zero tolerance. IDPW may end the membership or attendance of anyone who breaks this code, without a refund.
Article 4. Intellectual property
The IDPW name, logo, designs, text, photography, and video on this site belong to Indonesia Pro Wrestling. You may not use any of it without our express written permission.
Article 5. Payment
Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and payment is completed at the time of booking. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a booking that is already confirmed.
Refund and cancellation policyArticle 6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute is settled in the courts of Bandung, where IDPW is registered.
