Taumata

Taumata doesn't fight for himself. He never has. He fights because someone has to stand between what is right and everything that threatens to erase it, and somewhere along the way, that burden fell to him and he chose not to put it down. He is not the loudest man in the room. He is not the one demanding your attention. But when he steps into that ring, something shifts and so the crowd feels it before they can name it, because they recognize, on some instinctive level, that what they are watching is not performance. It is duty carried in a body that has learned how to take punishment and rise anyway. Taumata will not always give you what you want. But he will always give you what he has. Every time.
